ABOUT MEON VALLEY GYMNASTICS

Meon Valley Gymnastics was formed in January 2025. Formerly known as Gymnastics With Alice, MVG was developed by me (Alice) as the club grew in size and location! I started my club in 2023, after coaching in Hampshire for 7 years. The club was introduced to provide active after school sessions once a week. As the demand grew, classes soon became more frequent. Sessions developed from beginner classes to advanced. We now have our own Meon Valley Gymnastics squad!

My love of the sport started from an early age. Whilst studying at university, I was an assistant coach for a local club. Fast forward to 2026 and my love of coaching has continued to grow!

Other coaches you may see in your classes are:

LIV
Liv competed locally for a gymnastics team when she was younger. She loves gymnastics and her favourite apparatus are the bars and floor!

RACHEL
Rachel was part of a gymnastics team for tumbling and for acrobatic gymnastics as a child. Rachel enjoys coaching acro skills as well as general gymnastics!

ERIN
Erin has been doing gymnastics for a number of years and still participates in the sport for an adult team! Erin's favourite skills are somersaults.

IMI
Imi is a competitive gymnast in 'teamgym' and enjoys working with our recreational classes. These classes are great for her to improve her skills as a coach alongside her college studies.

MAYA
Maya enjoys the sport of gymnastics and still competes for her club. She coaches with our recreational classes during the week alongside studying at college!

LILLIA
Lillia was a gymnast locally during her childhood. She enjoys coaching with us in the evenings alongside her role in a school.

SIAN
Sian was a competitive gymnast in her childhood and has been sharing her knowledge through coaching since. She works with toddlers and babies during the day, and helps us once per week with our squad classes.

CAITLIN
Caitlin was an acrobatic gymnast and enjoys helping the younger children in recreational classes alongside her school studies.

LAYLA
Layla is a keen footballer who enjoys learning about gymnastics whilst working with our recreational classes.
